Description Seatrax is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support with invoicing, purchase orders, annual supply requirements, pricing, quotations, and general office duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and confidence working with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets. Requirements Key Responsibilities Process and manage service invoices. Process and manage parts invoices. Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs). Ensure parts information and records are up to date for annual supplies. Prepare pricing and quotations for annual supply requirements. Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct documentation. Maintain organized filing systems and records. Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets. Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, track information, and prepare reports. Provide general administrative support as required. Skills and Qualifications Previous administration or office experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management. Experience with invoices, purchase orders, pricing, or quotations is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
