ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent 15 years as a District Supervisor for a fast food chain. I was looking for a career change that would allow me to own a business and make a greater impact - not only on customers, but on the lives and growth of my team.

I stay active in the community by sponsoring local 5K runs, supporting school events, and participating in community functions with booths and outreach. Being visible and involved locally is an important part of how we connect with the people we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Franklin Myles - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
