Review and approve work prepared by staff accountants. Provide training, coaching, and development to team members. Ensure accuracy and consistency across assigned locations. Handle complex areas such as deferred revenue and balance sheet reconciliations. Communicate financial concepts clearly to non-accounting stakeholders. What You Bring 3-4 years of public accounting experience (audit or tax backgrounds welcome). Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle. Experience mentoring or reviewing work of staff/interns. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
