Human Resources Manager

We’re hiring a Senior HR Manager with deep experience supporting logistics operations and union environments. This leadership role oversees the full HR lifecycle across a multi-site region, partnering closely with operational leaders while balancing employee advocacy and compliance.
What you’ll do:
• Lead regional recruiting efforts for operations, including job fairs and workforce planning
• Oversee onboarding for new locations and ensure smooth employee integration
• Serve as the primary HR contact for union relationships and labor matters
• Support benefits, wellness programs, open enrollment, and employee life-cycle events
• Conduct quarterly site visits and collaborate closely with local leadership teams
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and generate HR reporting for leadership
What we’re looking for:
• Proven HR leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or unionized environments
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and labor relations
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership, unions, and employees
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple sites
This is an onsite role, five days per week in the Baltimore, MD area.
