At Range USA, your work has real impact.Position detailsPosition titleFacilities CoordinatorReports toFacilities ManagerClassificationFull-Time / Exempt / Salary / On-SitePosition overviewThe Facilities Coordinator supports day-to-day operations across all locations by monitoring and scheduling incoming maintenance tickets, tracking open work orders through resolution, and following up with vendors and Store Leaders to ensure timely completion. This role also manages parts and supply ordering, maintains accurate records of vendor contacts, service histories, warranties, and preventive maintenance schedules, and supports range downtime coordination with store operations.
