What You’ll Do As a Cable Technician, you’ll be the face of CUI in the field—delivering reliable, high-quality service directly to customers. Install, troubleshoot, and repair internet, cable TV, phone, and alarm systems Perform service upgrades, relocations, and audits at residential and commercial locations Ensure every installation meets quality, safety, and customer experience standards Educate customers on their services and equipment Manage and maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and time reporting What We’re Looking For We’re looking for technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment. Previous cable, fiber, or broadband installation experience required Comfortable working with tools, technology, and hands-on problem solving Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights (ladders up to 30 ft.)
