Job Summary Langan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern or Co-op to join its collaborative Human Resources team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in supporting Talent Acquisition reporting, compliance and program efforts as well as coordinating and assisting human resource partners in the recruiting process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with human resources partners firm-wide to provide coordinative support that drives fulfillment of business objectives. Job Responsibilities Coordinate job postings on the internal and external website; Conduct job posting compliance processes and ensure state, local, vocational/rehabilitation, veteran, and disability job posting sites and records are up-to-date; Assist with the management of the careers email inbox and candidate inquiries; Support manual reporting processes including data gathering, updating, and auditing; Support recruiters with reviewing resumes and sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake; Schedule phone interviews and prepare offer letters; Assist and provide back-up to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators, as needed; and Perform other duties as requested. Qualifications Student actively pursuing Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or coursework relating to HR; Ability to work at least 25 hours/week; Prior work experience in an office environment; Strong interest in full life cycle recruitment process; High caliber of self-motivation; Superior interpersonal skills and positive demeanor; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently, remain flexible and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; Strong attention to detail and sound judgment capability; and Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level. Pay Range
