Paralegal - General Liability

Supporting multiple attorneys in a full-time capacity, the Paralegal - General Liability will manage a high-volume caseload, draft legal documents, and assist in litigation and case management while adhering to billable standards. Key responsibilities: Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery motions while managing a large caseload Organize and process incoming records and invoices, following up on outstanding records Conduct case law research and assist attorneys in preparing for mediation and trial Required qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research Virtual Vocations Inc
