Program Management Specialist, Mid Provides program management support directly to an Assistant Program Manager within a Navy cybersecurity program office. Engages with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develops comprehensive briefings and communicates program status to Navy leadership. Tracks critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics. Analyses requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. Collects, organizes, and interprets data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences. Responsibilities Provide program management support to the Assistant Program Manager in a Navy cybersecurity program office. Engage stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develop briefings and communicate program status to Navy leadership. Track action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics. Analyze requirements, budgets, and schedules for management and business case analyses. Collect, organize, and interpret data using advanced visualization techniques. Qualifications Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques. Experience providing specialized project management support for a Department of Defense acquisition program. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as a team member managing schedule, cost and performance metrics. Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Secret clearance. HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management; Associate's degree and 7+ years experience; or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience. Nice to Have Experience working within a Navy cybersecurity program office. Experience conducting organizational studies and work simplification measurements. Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework. Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals. Top Secret clearance. Master’s degree. CompTIA Security+ Certification. PMI PMP Certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, and organizational requirements.
