Now Hiring: Wound Care Nurses – Home Health/Hospice Support (DFW Area)

We are currently seeking experienced Wound Care Nurses to join our growing team providing in-home patient care throughout the DFW area. Candidates with wound care certification and experience using wound vacs are highly preferred.

Position Requirements:

• Active RN or LVN license in Texas
• Wound care experience required
• Certified Wound Care Nurse preferred
• Experience with wound vacs and advanced wound treatment
• Comfortable providing care in patient homes
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
• Ability to document electronically on phone/tablet/computer

Responsibilities Include:

• Wound assessments and dressing changes
• Wound vac management and monitoring
• Patient and family education
• Coordination with hospice/home health teams
• Accurate electronic documentation
