Lead Sushi Kitchen Manager

OMAKAI is seeking an outstanding Kitchen Manager with at least three years of sushi or Japanese kitchen experience, including leadership of a back‑of‑house team. You will run the kitchen, manage people, costs, and standards, and drive performance across all back‑of‑house functions. You will oversee inventory, safety, and sanitation while coaching staff toward excellence.
