Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join its U.S. sales team and provide high-quality service to North American customers.

This role will coordinate the administrative aspects of the sales process and serve as a liaison between Key Account Managers, logistics, marketing, sourcing partners, and clients . The Sales Support Specialist will process leads, inquiries, and sales orders while ensuring timely follow-up and successful execution.

This is a fast-paced, global environment, so strong communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and Key Account Managers.
• Coordinate communication between sales, logistics, marketing, sourcing partners, and clients.
• Process new sales leads, customer inquiries, and sales orders.
• Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure sales activities are completed successfully.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Assist with maintaining information across internal portals and platforms.
• Provide proactive support to help the sales team deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and utilize internal portals and platforms.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior sourcing experience is a plus .
