HVAC Service Technician – Deliver Premium Residential Comfort and Honest Service Solutions

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Friday (With a rotating weekend and on-call schedule)

Project Scope: Premium Residential HVAC Systems

Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Incentives: Weekly Pay Cycle + Lucrative Commission & Performance-Based Bonuses

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field professional, delivering top-tier maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to residential heating and cooling systems. This role grants you the autonomy to solve complex mechanical challenges while being backed by a company that puts family first. You will have a direct hand in upholding a premium service standard while enhancing the clients experience with the ability to upsell.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Complete assigned residential service calls by accurately diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex HVAC systems.
• Execute comprehensive component teardowns, troubleshooting protocols, and equipment reassembly safely and efficiently.
• Manage precise CRM data entry, parts ordering workflows, and call-by-call updates on company-issued digital devices.
• Maintain company property, service vehicles, and onboard inventory in strict accordance with organizational standards.
• Participate actively in bi-weekly in-office technical training sessions to sharpens skills and resolve field challenges.
• Represent company values on-site by delivering honest, transparent recommendations that prioritize customer needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated technical experience working with residential HVAC systems.
• Some sales experience required. (1 year or more)
• Possession of a valid EPA Certification or equivalent trade program technical certification.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and advanced problem-solving abilities within a field operations environment.
• Strong organizational proficiency necessary for managing field documentation, software entries, and strict timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for customer interactions and team collaboration.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 150 lbs safely.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience or background in consultative sales and customer-centric service environments.
• Proven track record of navigating mobile applications and specialized field management software quickly.
