HVAC Residential Service Technician

Action Air Plumbing & Septic is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, perform maintenance, communicate directly with homeowners, and help customers make informed decisions about their comfort systems. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands that a great customer experience is just as important as the repair itself.

Most importantly, this is a year-round position with steady work and steady hours. Because we offer multiple trades, have built a large maintenance membership base, and have experienced consistent and steady growth in HVAC revenue over the past three years (and a strong plan to continue growing in the future), our technicians stay busy year-round, not just during the summer rush. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Action Air, Plumbing, & Septic with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Provide top-quality HVAC services to residential and occasional small commercial customers.

• Actively participate in training programs to continually expand your skill set.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and your team.

• Ensure safety procedures are followed to protect yourself, your team, and the customer's home.

Qualifications:

• EPA Universal Certification or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and work in small spaces or fluctuating temperatures.

• Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continual improvement.
