QA Automation LeadCreate Quality Assurance (QA) plan and get it reviewed & approved with project stakeholdersDesign & execute test casesConduct UAT and get the UAT signoffConduct defect triage calls with project teamProvide test execution plan to project managerWork with Business Analyst to gather the test requirementsUpdate test cases & test execution in Client ALMPrepare the test result report & give a walkthrough to project stakeholdersUse existing automated scripts to run the regression testsPrepare test strategy for Workday major releasesWork as a team to complete any unplanned requestPerform mobility test as and when requiredOver 8 years of experienceRelevant experience in any Android mobile and web test automation tools/frameworks (i.e. Appium, Espresso, Selenium, Cucumber)Relevant experience in developing test strategies, architecting test frameworks and testing tools to support automated testingUse of de-bugging tools, ability to analyse stack traces, code, log-files and other artifactsUnderstanding of version control systems. Experience in using for example SVNWorking knowledge of a CI system, ideally JenkinsStrong programming skills in Java (and A plus if experience in Android app development)Proficient with Unix-like systems and command-line toolsBeing able to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutionsResearch, share, and recommend new technologies, best practices, and trendsExcellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills Omega Solutions, Inc.
