CS Vendor Manager

Job Description The Outsourcing Vendor Manager works directly with a service provider that supports Wise’s operations. The role ensures that contractual agreements are met, manages costs, capacity, staffing, and drives continuous improvement in vendor performance. Responsibilities Maintain vendor accountability for contract‑based services, monitoring performance weekly and monthly. Plan and conduct Business Review calls, documenting action items and remediation plans. Track vendor costs, reconcile invoices, and support the budgeting and forecasting cycle. Coordinate vendor recruitment, ensuring alignment with Wise’s talent needs and hiring cadence. Oversee vendor governance, ensuring compliance with third‑party policies and internal audit requirements. Facilitate vendor access to tools, workflows and training, and resolve access‑related incidents. Drive risk and incident management activities, working with internal stakeholders to mitigate issues. Support capacity planning, including ramp‑up, shift scheduling and headcount recommendations. Qualifications Experience in outsourcing or vendor management within a global service environment. Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet performance targets. Basic knowledge of workforce management tools and service level agreements. Key Skills Document and project oversight using Confluence and Jira. Proficiency with BI reporting tools and data analysis. Coaching and performance management of teams and contractors. Location & Travel Based in Austin, TX. Frequent travel to vendor sites in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. #J-18808-Ljbffr hackajob
