This customer-facing role requires working in a large team environment including: leadership for directing and coordinating sales and field AE resources, coordination/facilitation of customer interaction between proteaanTecs Product Marketing/Engineering, understanding of the core technology requirements in the digital implementation and/or IP space, coordination of sales strategies and efforts across worldwide customer operations.
Leading pre/post-sales campaigns, managing and growing solution adoption in the territory for proteanTecs IP and solution platform.
The ability to foster and grow customer relationships throughout all levels of the customer organization to better connect our solutions with the customer's problems/business challenges and insure roadmap alignment for long term success.
Working knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques such as Miller Heiman, or Target Account Selling a plus.
Must have a deep technical knowledge and understanding of digital implementation flows (synthesis, place & route, and signoff) and/or experience with IP’s or software platforms . Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing eco-systems. The ability to effectively translate customer needs to viable solutions internally to proteanTecs technical teams.
Base salary of $160,000 per year + Bonuses.
Min 4+ years in sales and account management or as an Applications Engineer or Design Engineer with proven track record of success
You will be responsible for building, developing, and driving a sales pipeline for our processor IP technology and software solutions in key accounts across the Silicon Valley.
Responsibilities include developing and managing a sales pipeline while driving market penetration, adoption, and revenue
You will work closely with multi-functional teams including Application Engineers, Business Unit Marketing, Legal, Finance, proteanTecs executives and collaborate with proteanTecs sales team to achieve sales targets in the region
Opportunity management
Manage contract negotiations (business and legal) with customers and proteanTecs functional teams
Articulate key value propositions for the adoption of the unique proteanTecs solution with key semiconductor companies, across the organization (executive management, marketing, architects, hardware, and software engineers)
Provide market and account feedback to the RnD and Marketing BU to drive product roadmaps and strategies
Track activities and provide reports to management, BU and executive personnel on account strategies activities and progress
Develop and execute against strategic sales plans
