We seek to fill a Cleared Field Support Engineer role in Landover, MD The ideal candidate is a Landover resident with an active TS/SCI clearance, Tier II technical support experience, and advanced network troubleshooting capabilities. Thanks, Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Cleared Field Support Engineer to provide expert, second-tier technical support, system configuration, and on-site training to field engineers and customers. Position Description: The engineer will maintain network stability, troubleshoot technical problems, provide technical guidance on system adaptations, and resolve complex reoccurring incidents at customer sites. Position Responsibilities: Provides expert and second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians. Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of technical products, programs, and systems. Tests, trains, and fields support to customers regarding technical aspects of designated systems and services. Provides expertise for the resolution of technical problems, troubleshoots products, and modifies products to customer requirements. Maintains network stability through advanced troubleshooting, timely resolution of incidents, and proactive maintenance to provide the maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair. Provides training to customers. Travel is frequent and work is generally performed at the customer site. Partners with developers and engineers to reduce reoccurring incidents. Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of designated systems and services. Required Qualifications: Active/Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Possess knowledge of designated systems. Willingness to work outside of normal work hours. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
