Job Title:  Customer Service – Bilingual 
Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Charlotte, NC 28273

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a  fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position is responsible for assisting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is  friendly, professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with computers and technology .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Enter and update customer information accurately in computer systems
• Process orders, requests, and other customer transactions
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, or concerns
• Research information and provide accurate answers to customers
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal departments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Comfortable learning and using different computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, or office experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, squat, reach, and carry merchandise.
• Work safely in a warehouse environment.
