Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current and valid School Psychologist certification/license for Missouri
• Strong understanding of IEP development, special education law, and assessment tools
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, administrators, parents, and outside professionals
• Prior experience working across K-12 student populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Contribute expertise during IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with legal and district requirements
• Support positive behavioral interventions and mental health initiatives school-wide
