Customer Service Specialist

AUTO HAUS of Yorktown and Williamsburg is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and provide timely solutions across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicles, services, appointments, and general customer requests.
• Assist customers with scheduling, follow-ups, and routine service-related questions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Handle customer information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and response-time expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, automotive, administrative, or call-center experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, chat platforms, and standard office software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-oriented.
