About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its day-to-day operations and oversee the critical functions of finance, HR, and IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing key performance indicators, dashboards, and executive reporting to improve operational performance. This role also involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and business performance initiatives, as well as building scalable processes and organizational infrastructure to support the company's growth. The COO will work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and be a driving force behind cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive operations leadership experience, with a strong background in commercial professional services. The role requires a hands-on leader with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in building processes, improving operations, and scaling organizations.
