Ability to work as part of a team and exercise tolerance and consistency when dealing with others. Must be disciplined enough to work tight deadlines. Performs routine accounting activities such as maintenance of: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of accounts and monthly reporting, processing expense reports. Acts as a liaison with other departments to adjust or reconcile financial data. Researches accounts payable/receivable issues and make necessary adjustments and or recommendations to resolve the issues. High school diploma. Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience preferred.
