Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

Job Type: Part-time, Direct hire

Pay: $65-80 per hour

Hours: Mon-Fri

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of a physician, with a focus on both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform physical examinations, medical histories, and ongoing assessments for patients with a variety of internal medicine concerns.
• Develop, manage, and adjust individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modification, and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals, specialty consultations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Accurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging, screenings) relevant to internal medicine and age-specific patient needs.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Physician's Assistant Program with 2 plus years of experience
• Background in using nutraceuticals/supplements
• Bilingual Spanish fluency a plus but not required
• DEA License
• Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
