VP, DTC Growth & Retention

Everyday Dose is seeking a VP of Growth to own the DTC acquisition and retention engine, reporting to the CEO. You’ll lead paid media, conversion, retention, and analytics to drive sustainable, cohort-friendly growth.
Based in Austin or fully remote in the U.S., you’ll manage a Growth team and enforce a 12-month payback ceiling while partnering with Finance, Product, and Brand to optimize LTV and CAC.
