Commercial Real Estate Trainee / Office Assistant
$19 - $22 per hourGreiner-Maltz Real Estate
Greiner-Maltz is an established commercial real estate brokerage in Long Island City serving Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. We're looking for a motivated person who wants to start a career in commercial real estate while earning a paycheck.

What you'll do
- Answer and route calls from clients, owners, and tenants.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and keep the office running smoothly.
- Learn our property and client databases (CRM, listing platforms)
- Help with online marketing: listing updates, email campaigns, and social posts.
- Hours from 12:15pm - 5pm M-F
Your path to becoming a licensed salesperson if qualified.
- We [pay for / reimburse] the NY State 77-hour salesperson licensing course
- We sponsor your license once you pass the state exam
- Licensed agents can move into [commission-based / salary + commission] sales roles
What we're looking for
- Clear, professional communication in English by phone and email
- Able to commute reliably to our LIC office.
- Skills in math, languages, & world knowledge commensurate with an Educational degree.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable learning new software.
- Interest in real estate, sales, or business (no experience needed)
- Must be 18+ (required for NY licensing)
- Enjoys interacting with a wide range of professionals.
