Insurance Underwriting Service Specialist

SafePoint Insurance Company

Safepoint MGA, LLC is seeking an Underwriting Service Associate to support personal lines in a fast-paced call center. You will handle customer inquiries from agents and policyholders, correct records, and escalate issues per company guidelines. The role requires property & casualty licensing (4-40 or 20-44) in Florida and reciprocal licenses for all 50 states, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.
