Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate or Clamp Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator

Location: Jonestown, PA

Pay Range: $16.5-22.50

Shift: 1st or 2nd

What's the Job?

Receive shipments: unload trucks and check incoming items for accuracy and damage
Pick and pack orders: locate products, package them, and prepare for shipping
Operate equipment: use tools like pallet jacks, forklifts (with training including clamp trucks, high reach, dock stockers), or scanners
Stock and organize: place products in correct locations and keep inventory organized
Maintain safety & cleanliness: follow safety rules and keep the workspace tidy

Ability to lift and move heavy items
Basic computer or scanner skills
Attention to detail
Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for long periods
Teamwork and time-management skills
