One & Only Fitness Consulting provides consulting services to health clubs and fitness centers ranging from small boutique studios to large multipurpose facilities. We have over 75 years of fitness industry experience, owning and managing gyms, and holding high level executive positions with large fitness companies. We stand ready to help. The Regional Director role is an exciting opportunity where talent and work ethic will create financial success for both the business and individual. This position oversees Managers and operations for 10-12 health clubs. The Regional Director will manage and lead the sales teams of each club in acquiring production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, and creates a fun work environment for our employees and members. While there will be remote work involved, you must be based in/willing to relocate to Columbus, GA. So, who are we looking for? Someone that has Health Club Management Experience. Someone that understands and thrives in production-based business. At the end of the day, numbers are what matter. You MUST be comfortable in coaching others and motivating multiple sales team. Therefore, sales experience is a plus. You will be coached and have the tools to get you started, but at the end of the day you must be very good at getting things done. Someone that is competitive by nature. You work hard and go straight for the goal. You strive for growth and success. We are NOT looking for someone that needs to constantly be managed or is only able to do what exactly what they’re told and exactly how to do it. Someone that is assertive but also a team player. You aren’t afraid to take charge. You are not only willing to turn plans into actions but are also take suggestions and brainstorm with your team for move forward with our common goals. As the leader of a team, you must inspire confidence, optimism, and trust with those around you. This means that a certain level of social intelligence is involved, as you will be working with many different personality types on staff and with members.
