Construction Systems Trainer / Change Management Specialist

Hands-on Construction Systems Trainer / Change Management Specialist supporting the rollout and adoption of a construction and project management platform across field, operations, and leadership teams, with a focus on practical training, user readiness, and sustained adoption.

Day-to-Day:

• Partner with business and project teams to understand workflow, process, and system changes
• Develop and deliver role-based training for field users, project managers, operations, and leaders
• Create and maintain training materials including job aids, process documentation, walkthroughs, and recorded or live sessions
• Lead or support Train-the-Trainer efforts
• Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and office hours
• Collect user feedback, identify adoption gaps, and deliver targeted reinforcement
• Support post-go-live adoption and act as a bridge between end users, project teams, and leadership
