Role Overview: A Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential care to patients with kidney disease in a dialysis setting, working under a Charge Nurse's supervision and assisting Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). Role Overview: A Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential care to patients with kidney disease in a dialysis setting, working under a Charge Nurse's supervision and assisting Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatments, including physical assessments and monitoring during procedures. Complete and document patient medication profiles, administer medications per physician orders, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring proper staffing in compliance with regulations. Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and follow all company, state, and federal policies and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Current nursing license in the applicable state. Ability to distinguish all primary colors. Preferred: One or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
