Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Healing Connections Therapy, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both couples therapy and individual sessions, focusing on the dynamics of family relationships.
\n
• Address a range of issues including, but not limited to:
\n
\n
• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse concerns.
\n
• Grief and loss challenges.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members and siblings.
\n
• Cut-offs between family members and their implications.
\n
• Job-related stressors.
\n
• Medical concerns affecting mental health.
\n
• Blended family issues and challenges following divorce.
\n
• Difficulties in communication within families.
\n
\n
• Utilize therapeutic modalities that best suit your client's needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinical standards.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case strategies and enhance collaborative care efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adult clients, children, and adolescents. You’ll have the chance to work with diverse clients, addressing a variety of mental health and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
