Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LMFT includes a wide array of responsibilities that center around delivering high-quality therapeutic services. You will:

• Engage with couples in joint sessions as well as individually, ensuring holistic support for all family members.

• Facilitate communication among family members to help resolve conflicts and enhance relationships.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods while staying updated on the latest practices in the field.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet compliance standards and support continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents. Your focus will encompass a variety of challenges faced by families, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
