Mission Details

Full-Time | Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays for exciting sales blitzes, team competitions, and growth opportunities.

Pay | $65,000 base salary + Earn up to an additional $1,500 per month in sales bonuses (paid quarterly)

• Sales leadership and team development experience
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• A passion for growth, accountability, and results
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to conduct property inspections inside and outside, while performing physical job duties, including climbing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
