General Laborer – Temp to Hire Location: Independence, MO
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until shift completion (frequent overtime possible)Position OverviewWe are seeking hard-working, dependable General Laborers to join our team at a pre-formed concrete production facility in Independence, MO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates ready to contribute in a highly physical, team-driven environment.Key Responsibilities

• Physical Labor: Safely and independently lift up to 100 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Production Tasks: Measure materials, mix concrete, handle pre-formed products, and maintain work area cleanliness.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with coworkers; everyone helps with all aspects of plant operations.
• Worksite Maintenance: Clean production areas and equipment regularly.
• Flexibility: Work until finish each day; overtime is typical and may be required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing manual labor for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety protocols and good communication skills.
• Ability to measure and mix materials accurately.
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing a plus.

• Assignment Type: Temp-to-hire with potential for long-term employment.
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6 AM until the day's tasks are complete; overtime opportunities are common.
