SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER


A minimum of seven (7) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience (10-years preferred) providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies.
• Detailed Explanation of Experience:

A minimum of seven (7) years (10 years preferred) of broad and extensive project management (PM) experience successfully managing information technology (IT) programs and projects.
• Detailed Explanation of Experience:

A minimum of seven (7) years (10 years preferred) of team building, knowledge transfer, and/or mentoring experience.
• Detailed Explanation of Experience:

A minimum of seven (7) years of experience (10 years preferred) leading and facilitating team meetings.
• Detailed Explanation of Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the following (8-years preferred):
• Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
• Risk and issue management
• Stakeholder management
• Scope and change management
• Business process review and gap analysis
• Consulting experience for a project worth at least $15M ($25M preferred)

A minimum of one (1) year of experience (2 years preferred) in planning or managing Salesforce implementations.
• Detailed Explanation of Experience:

PREFERED A minimum of one (1) year of experience with State or Federal animal health and food safety programs.
• Detailed Explanation of Experience:

Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate degree preferred) from an accredited college or university. Attach a copy of the diploma.

REQUIRED Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). (Attach a copy of the PMP certification.)

REQUIRED Current Scrum Master (CSM) certification issued by the Scrum Alliance (SA) or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master certification. Attach a copy of the Scrum Master certification
