Electronics Technician 4 - Day Shift Friday - Sunday 6AM - 6:30P with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Installing and maintaining electronic security systems Performing preventive maintenance requirements Conducting inspections, evaluations, and inventory Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and safety audits Installing and maintaining equipment at both local and global levels per design packages Programming and installing head‑end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems Troubleshooting and isolating systems and/or hardware at local and global levels Leading on‑site software commissioning and testing Performing take‑off project drawings Creating, documenting, and tracking RFIs Design assist and providing feedback Documenting daily reports and project progress Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management Creating and managing project schedules Integrating IDS, ACS and CCTV systems Forecasting and managing project labor hours Communicating effectively with supervisors and subordinates Guiding and mentoring technicians Qualifications U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance; subject to a security investigation Valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record; may require use of company vehicle Night shift: Friday–Sunday, 6 PM–6:30 AM Education: High‑school diploma or GED Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship program Additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance experience Eight (8) or more years of electronics installation/maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs At least three (3) years focused on electronic security systems Strong oral, written and presentation skills Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (plus) Ability to travel up to 50% Desired/advantageous qualifications: Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS and CCTV systems (CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR) Windows operating‑system certifications and experience installing said systems Benefits Collaborative team environment inspired by engineering and innovation Opportunity to lead and build a business with support of an industry‑leading firm Investment in skills and expertise through professional and technical training, leadership training, and tuition reimbursement Open and transparent communication with senior leadership and local office management Competitive salary Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement 401(k) retirement plan Military Reserve pay offset Paid maternity leave Physical Requirements Lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Relocating a 12‑foot stepladder without assistance Working at heights up to 60 feet on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders Performing tasks that involve walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead on a routine and repetitive basis Good vision (may be corrected), ability to see in color, and ability to hear and communicate in English Use of a standard ladder within weight limits while carrying tools Identify potential problems and report them promptly Pay Range: USD $36.00 – $60.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Unofficial M.C.
