Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific psychological and emotional care needs, especially in relation to aging and its associated challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing diverse emotional issues, assisting clients in coping with life changes, loss, and other significant transitions.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, contributing to the development and execution of comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs of geriatric residents.

• Educate family members and staff about strategies to enhance emotional well-being and quality of life for elderly individuals, encompassing methods of support and communication.

• Provide grief and loss counseling to clients and their families, offering compassionate support during end-of-life issues and other significant transitions.

• Design and implement cognitive stimulation programs alongside mental health interventions that foster mental acuity and improve the overall cognitive engagement of elderly individuals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team member.
