Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage small to medium‑scale projects with minimal supervision; progress to larger projects with experience. Lead subcontractors by assigning duties and keeping crew on task to maintain project momentum. Participate in site walkthroughs and provide installation guidance. Load and unload office furniture and related materials, ensuring proper padding and ropes to prevent damage. Assemble, disassemble, deliver, and service all types of office furniture brands. Perform site cleanup to keep the job site organized. Coordinate with clients’ building managers to ensure all requirements are met. Operate mechanical lifts, gates, and platforms for loading/unloading. Complete installation labor contract billing and submittal. Report punch items and project concerns to Project Managers and/or Director of Project Operations when identified. Obtain contract labor PO numbers from subcontractor crews. Conduct quality control checks prior to project installation. Attend out‑of‑town installations, including occasional extended hours and overnight travel. Verify compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, drawings, specifications, and corporate policies and procedures. Qualifications and Education Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse audiences. Skill in organizing resources and setting priorities. Team‑oriented and willing to learn. Experience in furniture assembly required. Computer skills (PC, Windows‑based environment) an advantage. Position Installer Status Full Time Schedule Monday – Friday / 7am – 4pm Hours Overtime opportunities Hours vary by project; early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends may be required. Candidates must be flexible and available to work a wide range of hours .
