Part-Time Dietary Aide - Adolescent Eating Disorder Program

Location: Paoli, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-1:30 PM
Program Type: Adolescent Outpatient Eating Disorder Program (PHP/IOP)
About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our Adolescent Eating Disorder Program in Paoli, PA. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the recovery journey of adolescents by assisting with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Working alongside our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will help ensure meals are prepared and served according to program guidelines while promoting a positive and supportive experience for clients.
Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and food service in accordance with established portioning guidelines and food safety standards
• Prepare dining areas and serve meals and snacks to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and food storage areas
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen and dining room floors and surfaces
• Restock food, beverages, and kitchen supplies as needed
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food deliveries
• Support the dietary team with meal preparation and other kitchen duties as assigned
• Provide respectful, professional interactions with clients during meal service
• Communicate concerns, supply needs, or maintenance issues to the Dining Services Manager or Supervisor
• Complete all required trainings and adhere to safety, sanitation, and organizational policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous food service, dietary aide, restaurant, cafeteria, or kitchen experience preferred
• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Professional, compassionate demeanor and commitment to supporting adolescents in treatment
