Job Description The purpose of this job is to provide product and services sourcing as well as store support encompassing response and resolution to store needs and problems. In this role you would: Administer ticket system submissions and manage the purchasing inbox; answer questions accordingly, and distribute requests to the appropriate purchasing team member. Manage day-to-day interactions with vendors and administer assigned services accordingly. Place orders for company travel centers or food concepts as needed; follow up with vendors and stores to ensure the stores received the goods and services requested. Support Virtual warehouse system including trouble shooting and coordination of resolution with service provider and vendors. Assist internal members in the setup of new vendors with Pilot Accounts Payable. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level. Assist leadership with required monthly and ad hoc reporting. Follow up with internal members to facilitate the closure of tickets. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform routine data analysis on vendor performance and metrics Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
