Talent Acquisition Partner

Explore opportunities to grow your career with us or one of our clients AlphaStaffHCM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in a hybrid role spanning both sides of our business. In this role, you'll split your time between two connected functions: driving outbound recruiting for our agency business and stepping in as a Recruiting Manager to support our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) engagements. This is an ideal role for a recruiter who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships with both candidates and clients, and wants exposure to both search-based and embedded/full-desk recruiting models. Salary range: 65-75K Base + Commission. Total Comp 95-115K Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Agency Business (Sourcing & Search) Partner directly with Sales Executives to understand open requisitions, ideal candidate profiles, and client hiring priorities. Proactively source and build strong, diverse candidate pipelines through outbound channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and ATS mining. Screen, qualify, and present candidates to Sales Executives and clients in a timely manner. Manage candidate relationships throughout the full interview and offer process to drive requisitions to close. Track pipeline activity and requisition status, providing regular updates to Sales Executives on progress and roadblocks. Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Executives on market intelligence, talent availability, and candidate expectations, including compensation, timelines, and competing offers. RPO Business (Full-Desk Recruiting & Client Engagement) Step into an embedded Recruiting Manager capacity to support existing RPO client accounts. Own the full-desk recruiting process across assigned books of business, from intake through offer, acting as an extension of each client’s internal team. Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with client hiring managers and stakeholders, serving as their primary recruiting point of contact. Manage requisition loads across multiple roles and clients simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and client service-level agreements. Provide recruiting support across the broader RPO team during peak volume, coverage gaps, or account transitions. Deliver a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects both the AlphaStaffHCM brand and the client’s employer brand. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to agency or contingent search, RPO, or both. Demonstrated success in outbound sourcing and building candidate pipelines from scratch rather than relying solely on inbound applicants. Experience partnering with sales or account teams to align recruiting activity with business and revenue goals. Experience managing the full requisition lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interview scheduling, compensation discussions, and offer drafting. Strong client- and candidate-facing skills, with the confidence to represent the organization to external hiring managers and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities across different clients and lines of business simultaneously. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. Experience with an applicant tracking system and standard sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting effectively between search-based and embedded/full-desk recruiting models. Outbound Sourcing: Uses creative search strategies, networking, referrals, ATS mining, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search to build qualified pipelines. Client Partnership: Builds trusted relationships with Sales Executives, hiring managers, and client stakeholders while providing responsive recruiting support. Candidate Experience: Delivers timely, professional, and high-touch communication throughout the interview and offer process. Requisition Management: Prioritizes multiple openings across clients and lines of business while meeting established service-level expectations. Market Advisory: Communicates talent availability, compensation expectations, hiring timelines, and competitive market insights. Adaptability: Works comfortably through ambiguity, changing priorities, peak volume, coverage gaps, and account transitions. Communication and Follow-Through: Maintains accurate pipeline updates, escalates roadblocks, and consistently closes the loop with internal and external partners.
