Mortgage Loan Officer

Join Our Team as a Mortgage Loan Officer! We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Lending team. Competitive base salary plus commission provides outstanding earning potential. What You'll Do: Originate and manage mortgage loan applications from start to finish. Analyze financial information, credit history, income, and collateral to determine loan eligibility. Build and maintain a profitable mortgage loan portfolio. Develop referral relationships with realtors, builders, and community partners. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lending process. Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and procedures. Represent the bank through networking, community involvement, and professional outreach.
