Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lender to join a client of ours in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This position will support commercial lending activity from initial file setup through closing, booking, and ongoing servicing, helping ensure each transaction is completed accurately and in line with bank standards. The role works closely with lenders, clients, title partners, and other external providers to keep documentation organized, deadlines on track, and post-closing items properly managed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial loan files throughout the lending process, from application intake through closing, boarding, and servicing support.

• Draft, review, and process documentation for new credit facilities as well as renewals, amendments, and other account changes.

• Arrange and support closing activities by coordinating with relationship managers, borrowers, title companies, and third-party vendors.

• Confirm that approval conditions, collateral documentation, and compliance requirements are satisfied before funds are released.

• Obtain and evaluate title work, lien searches, surveys, insurance records, and other due diligence materials needed for closing.

• Resolve outstanding documentation and collateral issues, including title exceptions, authority concerns, tax matters, and recorded lien items.

• Reconcile closing figures by reviewing settlement statements, disclosures, HUD documentation, and internal fee details for accuracy.

• Maintain post-closing administration by tracking exceptions, preserving electronic loan records, processing borrower requests, and assisting with lien perfection and final recorded documents.Overvoiew

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, commercial lending support, loan administration, mortgage processing, loan origination, or loan closing activities.
• Hands-on experience preparing commercial loan documentation, coordinating closings, and maintaining complete loan files.
• Working knowledge of collateral documentation, post-closing follow-up, and loan servicing administration.
• Ability to interpret business formation and authority documents, including operating agreements, bylaws, and signer authorization records.
• Familiarity with reviewing title commitments, appraisals, contracts, surveys, environmental reports, and insurance documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with loan documentation or core banking platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication ability, and capacity to work independently or collaboratively; willingness to become a Notary Public in the applicable state is required.
