Group Head of Model Validation & Independent Risk Oversight

Admiral Group is seeking a Group Head of Model Validation to lead the independent validation of the Group's critical models, shaping governance and risk oversight at the highest level. You will guide validation strategy and coordinate across Risk, Actuarial, Finance, Investments, Data Science and Technology to ensure robust challenge and regulatory confidence. You will report to Boards and executives, shaping capital and strategic decisions while overseeing specialists in model risk and #J-18808-Ljbffr Admiral Group
