Marketing Operations Coordinator Location: South Florida (In-Office) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Salary: $75,000-$80,000 + Benefits About the Role Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to help manage and track all marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reporting, marketing systems, and ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule. Responsibilities Track marketing campaigns, KPIs, and performance metrics Create and maintain Excel reports and dashboards Monitor advertising spend and marketing ROI Audit and update website content as needed Manage online reputation through BirdEye and Google Reviews Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Coordinate with outside marketing vendors, designers, and social media partners Assist with basic graphic edits using Canva or Photoshop Keep marketing projects organized and on schedule Provide weekly and monthly reporting to leadership Qualifications 3+ years of marketing, marketing operations, or marketing coordinator experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience tracking KPIs and marketing analytics Comfortable working with software, dashboards, and reporting tools Experience with social media coordination Basic Canva or Photoshop experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys organizing projects, analyzing data, improving processes, and helping marketing efforts become more measurable and effective.
