Facilities Maintenance Worker

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting daily operations and ensuring the safety and functionality of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Worker

Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Range: $20.50

Shift: Second Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Assist with basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks to support facility operations

• Use basic hand tools and read a tape measure to complete maintenance tasks

• Maintain accurate daily timesheets for work performed

• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues

• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills

• Knowledge of hand tools and ability to read a tape measure

• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and timesheets

• English speaking proficiency

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
