The Opportunity
We are hiring one full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (30–40 hours/week) to join our team. Your schedule can be shaped around your preferred work times. You’ll work independently in clients’ homes while staying connected to a collaborative group of therapists who brainstorm, support, and continually improve the care we provide.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, individualized speech-language therapy in clients’ homes across the Twin Cities area
• Partner closely with families to educate and empower them so progress continues between sessions
• Design and adapt therapy programs to meet each child’s unique needs
• Collaborate with team members to share ideas and elevate the quality of care for every client
• Coordinate with schools, teachers, daycares, and other professionals to create a true “whole-care team” approach

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Active Speech-Language Pathology license from the Minnesota Department of Health
• Comfortable providing therapy independently in clients’ homes
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro

Preferred

• 1+ years of pediatric speech-language therapy experience
• Experience collaborating closely with families
• Enjoyment of a collaborative team environment
