Description What You Will Do

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical lab testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much morewhile adhering to established procedures.
• Analyze and verify test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and the preparation of samples for various tests as needed.
• Document every procedure meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and follow all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
