Sales Coordinator

Overview The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting Sales Managers with administrative tasks while providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Assist Sales Managers with creating proposals, contracts, turnovers, addendums, and other related tasks. Prepare pre- and post-trip reports, expense reports, and productivity reports. Create and distribute VIP/Amenity forms. Create site inspection checklists and prepare sales materials and amenities for client meetings, site visits, and client events. Assist Managers with sales trip preparation (arrange for shipping of sales materials and amenities to destination hotel). Comply with the company\'s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies. All other duties as assigned. Experience/Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or administrative roles, preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal – including intermediate computer skills). Professionalism and interpersonal skills. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s) High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
